Private banking Vice-president serving at Banco Español de Crédito (BANESTO) international area in Miami and New York. In 1996 he joined the Algeciras Bay Port Authority (APBA) undertaking responsibilities in the strategy, business development, commercial and communication fields. Before being appointed as APBA Chairman in 2019, he has served as Development and Commercial Director, member of the Board of Directors and of the Algeciras Bay Navigation and Port Council. Representative of the Spanish Port System in the Sea Ports Organization (ESPO) Port Governance and Management Committee. MEDPORTS Association Vice-president. Collaborator Teacher in the Port Administration Master of Cádiz University and in the Intermodal and Port Planning & Administration Master of the Spanish Port Board Port University Campus. He takes part in international conferences and seminars within the maritime, port and logistics sectors at national and international level.
