A manager and entrepreneur with over forty years of international experience in the fields of extraordinary corporate finance, real estate (including the large-scale retail sector - GDO), and technological innovation. Holding a Degree in Law, he consolidated his professional background within leading banking institutions (including IMI and ING) prior to engaging in entrepreneurial and strategic consulting activities across Milan, Rome, and Palermo. He currently serves as Senior Partner of the Milan-based financial boutique Arcadia Financial Advisors S.r.l. and acts as President of Pier 38 S.r.l., a joint-stock company managing significant commercial infrastructure projects and the strategic catering and hospitality area within the Palermo Marina Yachting, falling under the maritime state property jurisdiction of the Port of Palermo. Furthermore, he is the Sole Director (Amministratore Unico) of Cappadonia S.r.l. in Palermo and acts as a Business Angel for SLAITECH S.r.l. Consistently engaged in public debate and essay writing regarding regional development, he is the author of the volume “Ecco Come. Cambiare la Sicilia in 10 mosse” and sits on the Board of Directors of Palermo Mediterranea, a business community committed to the internationalization of the city’s commercial sector. He is also the Founder and President of the Piazzetta Bagnasco Association, fostering the cultural and socio-economic network of the city.
