Baldomero Ortega Pardal holds a bachelor's degree in physics from the School of Physics at the University of Seville and has served as chair of AMETIC's Sustainable Mobility and Connected Vehicles Committee since 2024. He has defined the operations system for the Port of Barcelona, the security systems for the Port of Melilla and the Autonomous City of Ceuta, the Algeciras Brainport Project, the Málaga Municipal Services Control Center Project, Seville’s Innovation Master Plan, the Smart Accessibility Tourist and Events initiative for Seville, Smart Costa del Sol for Málaga, Smartiago, Ibiza Red.es, Huelva Smart City Route, Seville Horizon, and Smart Mobility Roquetas etc.
