Architect and Master of Arts in Architecture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Düsseldorf, Germany, he is currently an adjunct faculty member and researcher at the Institute of Architecture and Urbanism [Faculty of Architecture and Arts] of the Universidad Austral de Chile. His research is oriented towards the critical revision of architectural events derived from the colonization and occupation processes in Southern Chile. He has been member of journal and book editorial committees, project evaluator, jury of architecture competitions and visiting evaluator of Architecture workshops. In his professional activity, he received the first place in the National Competition for Architecture in Social Housing (2008), his CASAPATIO project also being selected for the Chilean Biennale of Architecture (2010), and his work has been featured in exhibitions in Chile and Germany.
