He has been working in Puertos del Estado since 1997 where he has held various positions: Head of the Development and Regulation Department, Head of the Intermodality and Logistics Area, Deputy Director of External Relations, Planning and Development Director, Technical Director and President. Previously, he has been in charge of transport studies and projects in the consulting firm TEMA.
