Civil Engineer specializing in Transportation Engineering. He earned a Ph.D. in Road Infrastructure Engineering from the University of Palermo. Since 2023, he has served as a Technical Director at the Municipality of Palermo. In this role, he was responsible for road infrastructure until November 2025. Since December 2025, he has been serving as Director of the School Buildings Office and, on an interim basis, as Director of the Urban Regeneration Office. For many years, he held the position of Head of the Technical Office in several municipalities. Earlier in his career, he was involved in academic activities as a Teaching Assistant and Laboratory Tutor at the former Institute of Road Construction of the University of Palermo. He is the author of several scientific publications in the field of road materials.
