Sailman, Master MBA at the University of Navarra, Spain. Diploma in Project Economics Evaluation, Institute of Economy, at Universidad Católica de Chile. He was President of Yacht Club of Quintero and director of Chilean Sailing Federation. Caviedes teaches navigation and has sailed across Chile and crossed the Atlantic sailing. He is the author of the book “Historias de Mar y Viento” (“Stories of wind and sea”), and many articles related to marinas and sailing in Chile.
