Consultant in Transport, Planning and Housing for public and private institutions (local authorities, International Institutions, UN-HABITAT); Advocacy planning and NGOs. He has directed around hundred urban and mobility plans, always integrating Town Planning (architects) and Transport Management ( traffic engineers). Also studies, researches, projects and reports in Spain, primarily in Barcelona Metropolitan Area and also in Cuba, Mexico, Palestine, Angola and Tanzania. He has produced publications on topics related on Town Planning and Mobility and has been teaching town planning in Spain and USA. He is the president of the Federación Iberoamericana de Urbanistas, FIU; The Spanish delegate in the European Town Planning Council, ECTP-CEU; Member of the Habitat Professionals Forum (HPF) board.
