Leonardo MASSA

Vice President Southern Europe Cruise Division MSC Group. Geneve, Switzerland.

Born in Naples, Leonardo Massa graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Naples Federico II and later completed an MBA at Bocconi University in Milan. After gaining more than ten years of experience in the tourism industry, including a position with Fratelli Cosulich in Trieste, he joined MSC Cruises in April 2005 as Sales Manager before being appointed Commercial Director for Italy. In 2013, he became Country Manager Italy for MSC Cruises, and in 2019 he was appointed Managing Director Italy. Since 2023, he has also served as Managing Director Italy for Explora Journeys. In 2024, he was appointed Vice President Southern Europe Cruise Division of the MSC Group. A former Olympic rower, he is also a passionate traveller.
