He has developed an intense research activity, having presented numerous papers at National and International Technical Congresses, being member of different research groups and scientific committees in the field of port research and technology, and co-author of different books and publications, mainly in the field of study, management and direction of projects and concessions of port, coastal and hydraulic engineering, the analysis of its viability, both technical, economic and financial, its construction and subsequent commissioning and management.
